"The View" co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck is HOPING to sell her swanky NYC condo ... but thanks to the crappy real estate market ... she could end up taking a serious hit on the place.
Hasselbeck and her former NFL quarterback hubby Tim just listed their Upper West Side condo for a cool $3.3 million ... just under the $3.309 they paid for the place back in 2008.
The 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is pretty sick ... marble flooring, 10-foot ceiling, massive windows with a great city view. The building also includes a full-time doorman, courtyard, fitness room and 52-foot indoor swimming pool.
So why are the Hasselbecks packin' up shop? A rep for Elisabeth tells us, "It's time for a backyard! Tim and Elisabeth have decided to trade in city living for the suburbs."

Kim Kardashian and Family Reportedly Use 'Slave Labor' for Clothing Line | TMZ.com
The Kardashians -- who make millions of bucks off of their fashion lines -- use "slave labor" and turn a blind eye to shocking working conditions ... this according to a news report.
A human rights group is investigating claims that workers in China -- as young as 16 -- are working in squalid conditions to manufacture merchandise for the K-Dash by Kardashian label, the Kris Jenner Kollection and ShoeDazzle, according to a Star Magazine investigation.
The institute for Global Labour and Human Rights confirms with TMZ ... they have launched an investigation, amidst claims the Kardashians' products are produced in factories reeking of stench from sewage, with temperatures north of 100 degrees. An official from the organization tells TMZ, conditions in the area are "horrific."
There are also claims the employees work up to 84 hours a week, earning $1 an hour. The Kardashians rake in approximately $65 million a year.
Kris Jenner tells TMZ ... the factories manufacture a number of products unrelated to Kardashian lines. Jenner adds, "As far as I know the factories that are used to manufacture the Kardashian clothing and shoes have nothing terrible going on at all and the factories are very well policed and meet factory standards." Kris says she has not visited the factories in China.
Soul Singer Keith Sweat -- Screwed Over TWICE By Nasty Foreclosure | TMZ.com
R&B singer Keith Sweat is singing the foreclosure blues ... because even after the bank took his house and sold it ... he's still on the hook for $250,000 -- this according to a new lawsuit.
PMI Mortgage filed the lawsuit against Sweat in Georgia -- claiming the singer defaulted on a $450,000 mortgage on his Detroit home, which he purchased in 2004.
Problem is -- the house was drowning underwater ... so when the bank sold it, it only recouped $200,000 ... a fraction of its losses.
PMI Mortgage sued Sweat for the balance -- $253,000 -- and since Keith failed to respond, a judge ruled in PMI's favor. PMI has since sought a lien on Keith's Georgia property in a last ditch effort to get its money.
Calls to Mr. Sweat were not returned.

Sources close to Kim tell us, her break-up with Bush in 2010 was so rough ... she has lost her taste for NFL players entirely -- and has no plans to play the field in the near future.
